Verkwikkend en slank met een klein vetje dankzij de rijping op de gistresten. De opvoeding sur lie geeft deze schone, strakke wijn precies dat beetje sjeu waardoor je hem ook graag los drinkt.
Looks like a slightly cloudy regular Beaujolais, but comes closer to a lighter red Burgundy, with touches of rhubarb and savory character. Long, clean and spicy finish.
