Picked late with a little botrytis in 2016, fermented in old wood. Sweet and intensive, it has 120 grams of residual sugar and notes of summer pudding and kitchen spices. Intriguing.
The clean and balanced 2017 Crianza was produced with a blend of Tempranillo with 3% Graciano and 2% Maturana Tinta fermented in oak vats and matured in barrique for 16 months. It has 13.5% alcohol, a medium body and a soft texture with fine tannins and balancing acidity. It has a serious and harmonious nose with a mix of spice and berry fruit. It's very drinkable.
